887's on the lowest setting should be perfect with a steel bumper. From what I've read, if you set them up one notch above the lowest you should be ok as well, depending on the bumper and whether or not you're running a winch also. If it were me, I'd set them up on the lowest notch.

IMG_3204.jpg Gave the taco a nice little work out yesterday morning before I tore it apart, thanks for the assistance @Texoma. Never did get that damn axle out and had to close up the barn so it all went back together. :pout:

Ya I worked on it again for about another hour after last talking to you, finally gave up and put it together. Took it for small drive, all seems to fine, will need an alignment.

Got the same sliders still sitting in the packaging. My brother is going to weld them on I’m curious if we’ll have the same issue. I have a DCSB (I don’t think that should matter).

Ok, truck is getting aligned. Tech didn’t think it would be too much of an issue.

    Operation Bed Power complete.

Left switch operates LED lights, 2 12v accessory plugs, one outlet with 2 USB connections for a total of 4.2A ouput, Voltmeter, and the right switch turns on/off power to the voltmeter and USB to kill any parisitic draw eventhough they probably run 0.8 milliamps an hour.

@LostHusker Looks like you lost a little altitude but it should ride better than the spacer lift. Did you notice any improvement?

That doesn't make sense to me. Round steel or square, it looks like it would hit either way.

Glad you were able to get them on, they do look nice!

The ride was much better and not sure the loss in altitude is gonna be that much of an issue. They are test driving now after the alignment should be good to go.

I believe we ended up making the legs 7 inches so they would fit bc of body mount. I’d check before you start the length of legs.

My oldest knocked over this old fella this morning. Brrr.. it was cold cleaning this guy. Mostly deboned now but a little more to do and we'll be done. Finally done with all the Killin' for this season. I'm glad too cause they never seem to shoot any on the days I'm ready to do it. Anywho.. time to get back to filling the freezer.
