How hard would it be to attach one of the devil horn emblems to my HomerTaco grill?

I asked the same question for when @HomerTaco starts offering them for the 3rd Gen's and the answer was that they would attach to the mesh with the supplied hardware very easy. An alternative would be 3M tape but with mesh it's not needed.

    Not hard at all.
Every emblem has anywhere from 4 to 8 threaded holes in the back, you'll just have to align at least two of them and fasten it with #10-32 screws.
If you want to attach it to a mesh grille let me know and I will throw in extra hardware different size just in case.

BTW, if you want to install it onto a mesh grille you can choose any size emblem big or small.
    ;)

How big are we talking about?

The bigger ones are as follow:

    2014+ Tundra: 7.5"
    2016+ Tacoma : 6.7"
    11-15 Tacoma: 6.3"

    I have a 2010 Tacoma...

I'm guessing the '11-'15 would fit mine?

Heard good things about Automotive grade 3M tape, this alternative should be used only if the holes on the mesh grille are too small to fit the supplied screws.
The screws used are #10-32 screws, they're .190" in diameter.

05-10 Tacoma emblems are available, they measure 5.51" wide.
If you're ordering for your vehicle with a factory grille you should order the proper one but if you have a mesh grille any emblem will do just fine, it's just a matter of what size to get.

I have no idea if my mesh holes are to small for the supplied screws...

I was able to run zipties through it to attach a large Christmas wreath...

You could get a #10-32 screw at your local hardware store and see if it fits your grille, this may be the easiest way.
Perhaps @HomerTaco can tell what kind of mesh material he used and if he has any info if a #10-32 will fit through the holes.

Haha if you're brave enough to go that route it will be an easy install.

Yea, I said screw waiting for a warm day, could be months.

6 coats of black and 3 coats of clear plastidip. Used a hairdryer to speed up the drying process in between coats. So freaking happy with the results! Thanks @Andres ! As soon as I can get some decent pics with the truck clean I'll shoot them to you for your website.
