I also ordered from this seller. Just got mine today. Looks great, and feels better than the stock SR5 grille. I can't wait to put it on.

Is that the two piece or the one piece with the stick on letters?

I got the same. Pretty happy with it. Feels pretty solid and the finish is nice.

I probably won't have my next Tacoma until July, but I got nervous these deals might be pulled, so I just ordered one from yan-linm, lol.

On the plus side, I have 7 months to sort it out if things go sideways.

I didn't used any of the OEM screws. I have the same grille as you and painted the first T and last A outer silver part black to match the middle letters. I thought I read somewhere people have used the screws but maybe that was with the OEM Pro grille perhaps? No idea but its been in a few weeks and -30celcius a few days and still solid. :)

I think the ones with the two piece grille used the screws from the bezel to attach the 2nd piece, with the one we didn't need them.

The base on the T and A looks gray, are you planning on painting it black?

Yup. I painted all the letters flat black. It's late. Will take a pic tomorrow morning and post it.

Ordered mine from “motorfansclub-it”, I sent a message first asking if it was the two piece and they responded by sending me pictures of the two piece saying it would be that exact one. So I ordered on 1/4 and my grill came in today 1/9 with no signature required. Was very happy to see that it was the two piece, no broken tabs or damage, and fit perfectly. I was nervous when I saw “ePacket delivery from China” on the tracking but saw that another member had ordered from the same seller with success.

Got it installed, it was super easy. I'll upload some daytime photos tomorrow. I'm pretty sure we've all come to the conclusion that it's worth the purchase though. I was going to derp the letters black, but I think I like it how it is.

You're not alone. I also have the issue with the radar not working.

With and without the plexi, it still throws the error. Just installed the factory grill and all is well. 20180101_123311.jpg

So worth it. It's amazing how much better the truck looks. It changes the whole appearance of it. Pretty dramatic.

For those that have painted their letters on the grill, spray paint or plasti dip?

There is a solution to your issue. Follow this thread for a solution. I paid about $40 bucks for the part you need.

Flat black spray paint here as well. I did just the letters. I was concerned the finish would be noticeably different and would need to paint the whole grille but it looks great. Can't even tell I painted them.
