notching the line all depended on who put your factory AC line in. Not year specific at all.

FWIW, friend of mine got a front bumper for his dad's truck. Ordered new style and got the older one, didn't want a winch I believe. This was back in summer though

So since AP is a shady company, can we nominate KO Offroad for vendor of the year? :anonymous:

Some people had issues some did not. The AC line is very easily bendable and the line that toyota manufactures is not an exact copy of whats in your truck. So to get the lines to match up to the securing points in the engine bay that toyota made, it had to be hand tweaked at the factory to fit. I compared my old line to the one they gave me new and damn i feel sorry for the guys who tweak these all to fit because mine was soooo far off from factory. So basically what im saying is it all depends on how the guy that put in the line tweaked the front of it where it rubs.

Mine was barely rubbing but I ended up just cutting a notch in the bumper.

Mine AC Line barely was against the bumper so I cut a piece of rubber hose and stuck it on with a clamp. Will see how it looks after a few miles...

Overall satisfied with the bumper, just came with a dent in the upper right hoop. May call and see if he can compensate? Anyone had experience dealing with this?

I did that at first but I wouldn’t recommend that...the body flex’s a TON. Which was obvious when I checked it after off-roading. Removed Bumper and cut a notch.

I hate to take it back off. It was pretty frustrating getting everything lined up the first time.. Maybe second time it will have molded a little better...

I waited until I added the winch lol but yeah it’s a pain in the ass

I used washers to get a perfect fit.
