Also while Im here, anyone know where I can get a bed thats about the width of a twin but shorter than 75" preferably like 70" or less. width doesnt matter too much as long as its a twin width or smaller.

May have to go custom or crafty for that. I don’t personally know of any, except maybe two children’s beds side by side?

Or a cheap twin and just chop off 5” and then enclose it in a removable, washable sheet?

was thinking about doing that but figured it'd be messy. Ill see what I can do, maybe several layers of foam or something.

I bought this 2" memory foam mattress topper from Amazon and cut it to fit my sleeping platform. I cut it with a sharp utility knife (long blade) and there was zero mess. Fits perfect and it's much denser/more comfortable than the more craft like foam I was looking at at the craft store. That foam btw wasn't wide enough for a single piece and I didn't want to deal with multiple pieces. It was pretty $$ too from what I recall.

I've slept great on the 2" memory foam. I bought a thin fleece blanket and just cover it and tuck it around the edges. When I remove it, I simply fold it in half and then roll it up (not too tight) with some Velcro straps and store in a closet.

    ?

That company makes a few similar mattresses of slightly different sizes. I have this one, and it's ok, but if I could do it over again, I'd get 4" or more thick.

Thanks. Yeah I use The bottom too much to commit to drawers. I really like the drawers if your unit is not going to be removed. Spearguns, gear and kill bag slide in and out of my underneath section nicely though.

Looks good! I have that same red/black bag. I bought it specifically for carrying recovery gear.

Where the heck do you sleep? :)

We found the same problem. We use the sleeping platform for storing stuff, and then need to load the cab up with that stuff if we want to sleep in the back. So much trouble we usually do not.

I can shove stuff around and barely fit at an angle.
If wife is with me, have to move gear out
