    just bought a 2017 TRD off-road in MGM! Looking to swap out those chrome bumpers for color matched. If I order bumpers for the sport model, will the fit the off-road? Thanks!

    Yes, I believe all 3rd Gen Tacomas have the same 3-piece rear bumper configuration. The only thing to look for is whether or not your end caps have the sensors (blind spot monitors that comes with the tech package upgrade), as they make end caps with or without sensor windows. I bought flat black OEM rear bumper end caps to replace my chrome ones (no sensors on mine).

    @The Desert Fox
    Was this a dealer purchase?
    If you don't mind me asking, how much?
    Part number?
    Thanks.

    Most people are buying the black caps from the dealer. I believe they are in the $140’s for the set. I’ll try and find them real quick.

    I was going to pull and paint mine as well , but if they were not crazy expensive and more durable I would buy them.

    I just want to say I normally dislike the OR Tacoma as I think black plastic looks cheap and homemade but YOUR truck is done right... WOW that thing looks awesome!

    The stock OR covers are plastic. You can save yourself $100 if you take them off and hit them with some 400 grit to rough up the fake chrome and then a $5 rattle can if you want black.

    Thank you. I love how the end caps match the black accents on my Off-Road perfectly, giving my bumper a more aggressive look.

    Agreed. My aim was to replace the main chrome parts with black (wheels, bumper end caps, grill) and debadging the chrome emblems for a cleaner look.

    Thanks for the pictures! Sweet truck, I might plasti dip the rear bumper first see how it matches up leaning towards black rear and plus I can always have them painted if need be.

    You have a link on where you got the bumpers, for research purposes.
