    Congrats man!
If I need new ones, I'm going to see what he charges!
Not quite! I'm really not sure what my chain of command is gonna do. It's not going to be pretty though

I had a squeak and I washed my engine bay today and it's gone, maybe try that?

I tried rinsing it off with a hose with the engine off, and no luck. I may try again with the engine on to try and help it work into the tight spots and eliminate it.

Oh I also learned that you can add an AAL to the new HD dakars, bumping up it's payload another 15% putting it around a 800 lb leaf pack, which would be perfect for what I need. If I decide I need new leafs I'll likely just go that route.

Wanna hear about a budget lift? I got a 2" toytec front spacer and a practically brand new toytec progressive AAL for $150 - $50 for the spacer, $100 for the AAL (separate transactions)!

I'm getting the AAL for $20 from a friend and spent a combined $35 on the front spacers

The expo stage III that I have are 700+, I don't know what the max is but I have had quite a lot of weight loading the back of the truck down with about 1/2" of sag. My guess was roughly 800lbs or so.

So the starting payload is more than your leafs now? Sounds like that's what you have already

The starting payload is 660 on the new had Dakar’s, but the AAL can be added for more capacity.

I get that, I'm asking how much more that is compared to your current leafs. I thought that's what are you running

Ahhh, I wasn’t sure what you were asking. I’m not sure on the capacity of the old Dakar’s. I’ll have to check when I get home.

Looks like old Dakar’s with AAL have a 660lb capacity as well.

Mine was the same. I did what you described with taking the belt off and spinning them by hand and one idler felt scratchy.

I washed the engine with a hose using a fire hose type nozzle to get a good jet stream. It was also hot water from the slop sink at work. I did it with the engine off and while it was running. No change in sound for me, so I had to proceed to plan B. I also changed the serp belt, but my old one (36k miles and looks brand new) is now under the drivers seat for a trail spare.

I plan to get another couple idler pulleys for spares. Mine came from advanced auto or AutoZone. It was the last one in stock and like $60... I'm pretty sure there's 2 different part numbers for the pulley on our engine. Make sure you want the right one.
