Oh you mean the Mega Scoop mod? I did that shit last week. The amount of air that it dumps into the manifold is at least .074 horses. Easy.

They made the Atkinson engine specificity to shift constantly. It improves gas efficiency by shifting eraticly in any headwind or Hill causing gas mileage to go down the drain. It’s a big deprovment from early models. Sluggish feeling thats normal... ext power does light that icon in dash, and it’ll continue to shift worse then a one armed blind truck driver.... a lot of soccer moms on here like the power... idk compared to most minivans there good I think

Where did you get the increase? Is your engine stock otherwise?

Stock, just have a pedalcommander. Have a trd intake accelerator to install but it's just been too cold lately.

Honestly it feels like more power throughout the rev range. I would guesstimate a 10-15hp improvement (it does remove the rear cats). The engine downshifts less when i get to mild grades (where it would always drop out of 6th or 5th, it now takes a larger hill / headwind). Average MPG seems to be up about .5mpg. regardless of temperature conditions.

I'm going to weld in a resonator when it gets warmer, all reports are that it quiets down the midrange considerably. The sound on WOT is great, it's just when you are 1/3-1/2 throttle it gets "boomy" from 2500-3500 rpm.

My truck didn't come with mudflaps it's the sport. Also what will the 4.88 gears cost me?

This is really the only proven way thus far and will net you more gains than most (if not, any) mechanical mods available on the market TODAY with hundreds of satisfied customers who are generally evangelists, myself included... You can properly tune these trucks - it's harder than most vehicles not just b/c of Atkinson but it's an extremely complex engine and torque management system that's taken a long time to untangle but untangled it is now for a reasonable price...
