The whole state isn't like San Diego, SoCal, or the Bay Area. We bought our house (1900 sqft 3/2.5 one-story custom) in 2011 and my mortgage is about $1560, including taxes and insurance. Yes, it's Sacratomato and were surrounded by thousands of acres of farmland, but I don't have to travel far to see the ocean or mountains.

Don't judge the whole state based on what you see in the most expensive places to live. Some of that shit is insane, even by California standards.

Anybody have hub to fender measurements for a 2.5'' lift? I've messed with my suspension so much that I'm not really sure how much lift I'm running.

It was timing. The market was almost bottomed out and the sellers were very motivated because it was a family trust sale. It was on the market for 4 months and they were dropping the price about $10k each month. By the time we got there, the price had dropped about $45k.

This weekend changing: clutch, center support bearing, brakes, rotors, cv axles, sway bar end links, and shock mounts (and probably more stuff I cant think of). Nothings been modified on the truck (04 4x4 xcab) and this is the first major work (outside of ball joints) that's been done. Wish me luck!

Saw a extended cab with vinyl wrapping that was like...duck camo gear. I couldn't take a picture because it was raining and the wind was crazy but I was able to give the old guy a thumbs up on his wrap.
