For me its less about the part and money and more about the child porn. If I would have know he was even being suspected of that I would have gone another route until he was cleared.

Double check the seal just to verify that it's correct, I can't remember the part# off the top of my head. The o-ring most likely can be re-used and not needed to be ordered unless you desire a new one.

however, I won't be able to press it together until after I get back from the Mint400 race which will be Monday March 12th. Until then I wont be able to get to it, it's crunch time for us prepping for the race, and of course race week all next week.

 

Get it and convert it to efi. Super simple and it would be one hell of a starting point. Join the 2nd gen pickup club.

I was already a member of that club until it was stolen. It was a 2wd sr5 like the one I got now except it was a 2nd gen.
Business decision dictated to buy new vs used and questionable. I could never justify 4wd though.

 

Okay parts ordered.
I can limp through another week and will just work from home several days next week.

 

Also to add
I got some assemblies from bill back in 2013, by November 2014 with only 20k miles on them the grease had completely came out of the wheel bearing (I hadn’t noticed) and the hub with bearing matted together because of the heat. This happened to both sides...
Had to buy new bearings
But this time I got them from Jason @nj636
About 80k later and still running great!

So... I replaced one of mine. If I get the bearing can you help me rebuild the other? Should just be replacing the bearing & seal correct? 4 bolts from the old one can be reused?
