Got a rough idea how long the v6 would take in a driveway for an above average DIYer who's only issue is actually being able to reach shit in the engine bay due to height limitations?

 

Plugs on a 4.0?

I did the plugs on mine in the driveway. It was a pretty easy job. just took some time, but no more then 2 hours... did it a while ago so dont remember exactly. The biggest thing is you need a pretty long extention. I ended up going and buying an additional one.

Tip: wrap the extension connections, and the socket connection with electrical tape to keep if from pulling apart.

There was a good walk through on here somewhere. Passenger side was easy. Drivers side required moving a couple things, but was still pretty easy.

I did plugs and an oil change on the 4.0 in my Tacoma in about an hour. The hardest part I had about it was that the chair I was standing on kept sliding on my Garage floor

Yeah, coming from a Subaru H6 the Tacoma plugs were so much easier!

Spent three hours on the Subaru. Probably had the Tacoma done in 45 minutes at the most.

 

I have a huge gun safe but funny enough I was too lazy to go to the walkout basement all the time LOL
