The width of a common 1st gen LT kit isn't a deal breaker for me, just slightly under the size of a stock 2nd gen afterward. But yeah the fenders to tuck the tires will push it over the edge a tiny bit, especially if you elect to paint them.

I mean I could comfortably do the entire front or the entire rear, but not both. Plus I gotta have some to spare if I use LT as intended

Only advantage is to run dual shocks and possibly a better bump setup with that LCA. Which isn't very high on a lot of peoples list.

I feel ya there, LT rear seemed like a game of diminishing returns for my uses so I opted to keep it MT and alter the shock mounting so it can utilize a shock that takes advantage of all my leaf packs travel and can be tuned for my uses. LT front will be nice for how I use my truck though.

I think LT in the front can be used in almost all situation. I'm sure there's a few that I can't think of

I'm torn between LT an MT. I don't trust stock lowers in the front lol

If your going to link the rear. Might as well throw a cab cage with new seats and harnesses to be safe. Since the cab is torn apart you should put all new sound proofing in it. Oh and then add a the engine cage to hold things together. But of corse you'll need a bedcage to hold the shocks and fuel cell. Then why not relocate the battery to the rear and set up all new wiring for shits and giggles. If your willing to do all that might as well get a new paint job so all the hard work will look good once it's done. :anonymous:

    BORA vs Spidertrax Wheel Spacers

Any thoughts on BORA .75-1.0 vs Spidertrax 1.25... One better than the other? Putting these black TRD wheels on below and need a spacer, really don't feel like trail and error right now any suggestion and greatly appreciated!

Installed new wheels and tires yesterday. Prior to that did spring refubish with S-10 2nd leaf, adjustable shackles and cut the exhaust over the axle to clear
springs. Also had to lose front mudflaps to fit tires.

Nice truck! Ive been looking for a shell for mine.
I think you need 1.25 if you put larger than stock tires with stock rims.
