What's the craziest/most interesting/unique item you've ever hauled or towed with your Taco?

I once hauled an old wagon wheel, made of iron, about 5 feet tall. It was pretty big, and I also had a plastic shed in the back, so the tailgate was down.

I had to slam on my brakes at an intersection when some ass hat tried to take a quick left in front of me and the the wheel somehow fell out of the bed, with the ratchet strap still attached and I had to drag it behind me across the intersection and until I could put it back up in there. No damage to the taco though!

 

I towed a bunch of air to nowhere. I hauled it too

 

Any mods done to the engine? I'm amazed and impressed that you're towing a tandem-axle camper!

 

I just tow it around up to the cabin in 4 L

Picked up some beer for my belated 29th birthday party today!




I have been hauling various alcoholic beverages in the bed of my Tacoma for years (it's a significant part of how I make a living, after all). I've hauled a bed full of booze with a retail value of about $10K, and this is the very first time I've ever had a casualty! The cases of beer slid around in the bed, and when I got home I discovered that my 12-pack of Yuengling had been reduced to 11...
