There are plenty of options for 100lb+ pound steel bumpers that are great for people that bounce there trucks off trees and rocks or want crash protection.

Here are the aluminum options I have come across while looking(added a few I did not know about):

Allpro starting @$1400 (have had trouble fulfilling orders) Demello starting @ $1450
    http://demello-offroad.com/demello-off-road-tacoma-aluminum-flat-top-front-bumper-05-11

    CBI starting @ $1150
    http://www.cbioffroadfab.com/produc.../toyota-tacoma-front-bumper-2nd-gen-moab-2-0/

    Pelfreybilt starting @ $1300
    http://www.pelfreybilt.com/product/12-15-tacoma-aluminum-front-plate-bumper/

    Aluminess starting@ $1250
    https://www.aluminess.com/toyota/tacoma-2012-2015/aluminum-winch-bumper/

    SOS concepts starting @ $1300
    http://sosoffroadconcepts.com/12-15-tacoma-front-winch-bumper/

    Am I missing some?

+1 Wish there were more aluminum options. The ones we do have are very very good but variety is good

Relentless maybe. That is where mine came from. He had lots of issues keeping ahead of demand.

Agreed, some good options out of the four.

Maybe they stopped making them. Thats one of the first companies I checked as their local to me but I didn't see an option for aluminum on their site.

Probably so. I waited almost a year for mine after buying but was really worth it. He also had a hard time finding and keeping employees that could weld aluminum to his standards. I am not pushing my truck up over any boulders but did want the front bumper to mount the winch and his was a good choice. Barely weighs 75lbs. That was 3-4 years ago and hardly anyone else was making one at the time. At least you have quite a few choices now.

Last time I inquired with Relentless, aluminum was no longer being offered.

Thank you, not a huge fan of the aesthetics on that one but glad to have more options, added it to OP.

Agree, not the best looking but when it comes to an aluminum bumper I can't think of another company that has a reputation like Aluminess. Seems like they are #1 choice for bumpers for Sportmobiles.

Personally I like the looks of the Apex 3-hoop the best. But if and when I ever had the money, I'd probably go with Pelfreybilt. $1,450 for aluminum with triple hoops is hard to beat.
