Definitely an aftermarket cruise but you can always switch it to the OEM easy enough.

Pretty sure you are right. He did add fogs or a new front bumper. Maybe that is what the odd switch is used for.

 

The hand roll down windows was the key then the non color matched flares. It's a sr
