You ever been? I’ve been a couple of times... the beer and pimento cheese sandwich prices can’t be beat! Get to the store early, and then hide the stuff you buy in your car... I waited til the end of the day once and it was a madhouse

No casualties here except my bags of yard waste got blown over. Didn’t spill, so that’s a win.

    That's the spirit! :drunk:

I'm sure we will do it end of April, beginning of May perhaps. April is kinda busy I think. But there could be more trips in between. I'll keep everybody updated

No damage here, pretty sure it was mostly south of us and Alabama that got hit bad

Yup details? Is it a 6 speed clean title car? I’d love to have one next to my e36 m3.

SMG, clean title, original bumper mount cracked. Have a CSL aftermarket bumper that needs to be fitted and painted. Hood has rain damage, needs paint. Rest of paint looks good. Has upgraded csl brakes. Everything under the hood is good to go and has been maintained just sat in the Georgia sun and got baked. In a garage now collecting dust. Had one shop do all the maintenance and can have them pull the records if someone is serious. Was a fun project but i need to move on.

That is a sweet set up, and I think its been posted since November(maybe even longer). The price hasn't dropped on it, despite it being on CL for so long. Maybe they aren't willing to haggle. :notsure:

Got rid of the ST Maxx's last night. Went down a size to 32's in the Toyo AT2 C rated, wow what a difference in weight. Feels like I got a HP boost, they don't have that sexy look of the 285's but I couldn't stand the shaking from those heavy pigs. Will have to get some updated pics soon, will be wrapping the caps door panels with matte black as well.

You sure it wasn't a balancing issue?

Surprised to hear you had issues. Several Alabama folks (Including one that travels a good bit for work) have 285/75r16 ST Maxx and couldnt be happier. Could be a balancing issue as @BYJOSHCOOK mentioned.

The ones I had were garbage, lots of run out had them re-balanced twice and moved around on the corners to see if I could get rid of the shake. They also pulled to the right no matter where they were positioned, final straw was them rubbing on my UCA's so I put 3/4" spacers up front, this just lead to massive rubbing on the cab mounts. Not ready to cut up my truck, so opted for the lighter smaller tire. Just driving to work today on the same roads I drive everyday the Toyos are smooth and have no pull to them, also the weight savings and smaller diameter makes a big difference in performance.

Maybe someday I will try a 33" again but for now these will have to do.
