im building this thing from scratch, lots of mechanical knowledge but zero fabrication experience... learning to weld on the fly. I figure even if i mess it up, fuck it, thats how you learn. i literally bought a "pipe" bender, but i need a "tube" bender.

i mean the guys building robbie gordons truck had to start somewhere, they werent born master fabricators

lmk if u want pics or advice on what not to do.

Since I can’t afford to shoot my load in one shot like above I rotate around. Usually every two years. But that’s certain parts every 2-3 months.

never for the front, im assuming that 62" leafs in the rear pushing 20" of travel may need some attention/re-torquing every few months...

    I ended up at 53". I tried 52.5 and 53.5 also but I felt 53 cycled best.

Here's an oldie but goodie. Read these few pages between 10 -15 around there. These guys have done a good job on leaf setups.

Won't help much unless the lower misalignment that goes into the spindle offers more angle somehow.

You ever just wish you’d go to your truck and it just magically put its self back together?

Working on the cage mounts on the side of the frame. Nothing like saying f it and cut through a floor of a truck.
