Replaced the fan clutch on my '03 3.4 PreRunner.
First, a big Thank you to Timmah! (Timmy the Toolman), and his awesome youtube videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzhlACxqeqQ
Tim does an excellent job of explaining how to remove / install and gives all the torque specs so I will not go into all that.

Replacement part is Aisin FCT-013 (it states on box...made in Japan).
    Ordered from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00829HBEE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I always enjoy looking at pics of old parts that come off, so I've included some original / new photos.

I use Mobil 1 Full Syntentic 5W-30 along with an OEM YZZD1 Toyota Filter.

The Toyota filters have the most filter media, there's a guy on here who cut all the major oil filters open and the OEM filter won every time with the amount of filtering media.

I used to run Wix until I saw how little media it had and the quality of the materials on the inside

I read that thread too, pretty interesting about the filters. I use the same oil and filter.

Honestly I run Mobil 1 because it's the cheapest oil they sell at Costco. Lol.

Has a good reputation too, so why not. It's a lot better than the "Multi Flo" dino oil it had when I got it.

Ditto on oil and filter except I use the high mileage version since the truck has 165,000 miles. Not sure if the additives in high mileage actually do what they claim but I use it anyway.

Link to that article about filter media, it’s a good read for people (like me) who used to buy K&N oil filters strictly on brand recognition.
