Not sure if you were talking about the rattle or the lights, but:

Rattle: Assuming the rattle was the little round plug in the speaker cover (where the auto headlights sensor goes):

Really wish I had taken pics while I was doing it, but I removed the 2 covers on the passenger side A pillar handle, removed the 2 10mm bolts and pulled off the A pillar. Then I removed the dash speaker cover and vent(carefully). Started on the right corner of the vent and pried up with a plastic tool thing, working around clockwise til the clips are loose (4 total, 2 in front and 1 on left and right side). Removed the round plug and I used some electrical tape around the inside rim to make it a more snug fit. I also put a small strip of electrical tape along the right side of the speaker cover where it touches the A pillar to prevent rubbing just in case that caused the sound. Then just reverse the process to put back together.

Lights: I used an 8mm socket to adjust the back side of the headlights counterclockwise to adjust the lights up a little bit then drove around the block to test them out.

    Hope this helps!

So if you're looking at the truck from a side view, caster is what determines how far forward towards the front bumper, or how far back towards the cab, the wheel rests. Spec puts it dead center in the wheel well but if you get bigger tires you want to move it forward to pull it away from the cab mount. Any alignment tech worth his salt shouldn't have a problem doing this.

Love the wheels, might want to consider adding red to the silver parts?

Not just cleaner, I did it all while standing up -- something you'll appreciate in a few years when your knees and back start to be sources of pain :(

Isn't it wonderful that all those plants want to involve us in their sex lives? All I had to do to get the yellow film was to leave the garage door open for an hour or so.

Thanks bud. Got the rail from Amazon weeks ago but didn’t think about the mounting bolts until I saw that page. Gonna put the rail on this weekend in anticipation of getting the CaliRaisedLED Molle panels in the next couple of weeks.

It does. i am just wondering why the need to remove the A pillar?
I was thinking I could just pop the speaker cover off?

There is a tab on the speaker cover that goes under the pillar trim. You could trim off that tab if you wanted to. It doesn't look like it does anything helpful.

I followed some advice offered when doing my tweeter upgrades.

    Disconnected the battery.

    Removed the A-pillar cover

    Then removed the tweeter grill.

No broken tabs and no airbag deployment. :)
