    Stock.... for now
I have a 2011, and I was wondering if swapping the head unit from a later 2nd gen (idk when they changed it) would be possible. I have the factory JBL unit. I tried the search and didn't come up with much. Is it plug and play? Will there need to be an adapter?

I also posted this is the audio/video forum.

Why not just replace with an aftermarket option? It would most likely cost less and function better.

I like the stock look, and I'll be able to use the steering wheel controls. I'm not saying no to the aftermarket option, it's just option B.

Thanks. I'm still new, and the search provided overwhelming results.

Yeah, it seems like going aftermarket would be a better idea. I hate the stock interface.
