    You need to make/buy a plate that goes under your lightbar that will block the light from hitting the hood. Paint it flat black and you should be good to go.

    Fabrication might bit a bit more complicated with a curved bar, but it’s still just a baffle that blocks the light.

    Probably just got in over his head and couldnt keep up.

    Honestly, though, the fab doesn’t look that hard. Hardest part is the curved section, but totally possible for a DIYer

    Curve shouldn’t be to hard. Just put the light on a peice of card bored and trace it.

    Although, it would be cool is someone made a light bar cover/glare shield. Something with a hinge that could be folded up and locked into place a a cover than flipped down and used a a glare shield when doing a night run...

    I got some ideas, gunna build something out of card bored tomorrow and see how it works, will be hard for a curved one. Strait will be easy

    Yeah my dad runs a small business making foucault pendulums, so he runs a basic machine shop. Nothing to fancy but i can pretty much fab anything i need
