There are some differences. I had ATH stiffeners on my previous Tacoma that got totaled but I just ordered the CaliRaised stiffeners for my replacement Tacoma.
I had no complaints with the ATH ones (were heavy duty and had nice welds and hardware) but the CaliRaised ones were $21 cheaper when I ordered a few days ago ($115 vs $99 + 5% off code=$94).
The $99 appears to be an intro price/sale and normal price is $129.
Differences Ive seen are the CaliRaised ones appear to have an extra tab that wraps around the front of the bed support and they also come powder coated vs ATH are bare metal.
The extra tab looks like it would be beneficial when aligning it for install.
The ATH also does have the bottleopener you had mentioned which was also a nice feature. I really want to order ATH front rail/tie down next.

I have the front rail tie down too..ATH has been great for me, but powder coating would be nice - I coated mine with bed liner in can..

A few additions to make me feel cool.
It's not hard to fab some brackets up and adjust the bed extender to retrofit a bed stiffener. I was able to do it on mine pretty simple.

Yeah, I will try to give a little better detail tomorrow but hit me up if anyone has questions. These are different stiffeners but the same in concept. All I did was make a couple of L brackets out of aluminium, drilled holes to mount those to the stiffeners and then mounted the mounting plates for the bed extender to the other surface. Most all of the actual extenders are adjustable so you loosen the screws on that and narrow it up a couple inches or so and presto! Best of both worlds. With how these are designed I would think they would be super simple to adapt the L bracket to by simply giving up a couple of the holes in the center that you probably will not use anyway.

Fits perfect, falls right where it should on the tailgate. I will add some detail and more pics tomorrow if anyone is interested.

Unfortunately, those little brackets are where/how the bed extender is designed to connect.
Nicely done! I'm interested in additional details.

As was pointed out previously, CaliRaisedLed stiffeners are shorter but beefier than TC. I am, therefore, not sure it will work with these, but Tacoma-Modding Master @nazlax10 successfully coupled his "Total Chaos bed stiffeners with Amp research bed extender".
