I spray the hell out of it with engine degreaser, stay away from all the major electrical connections and sensors. Let that sit for about ten minutes spraying it every so often to keep it all wet, then hose it down with water. A pressure washer works pretty good if you stay far away and don’t hit it to roughly. Again stay away from all the major electrical stuff. Then once it all dries I take some armor all to the hoses and black stuff to make it shine. Takes about a half hour to get like 90% of everything. I’ve heard your not supposed to do it to a hot engine cause the cold water on the hot can cause cracks in the block and stuff. I usually let mine cool for about half hour so it’s still semi warm but not scorching.

Coming home last night and developed a pretty bad vibration. Only happens under throttle at 50+. Bed enough to shake the whole truck and make me slow down. Ideas?

That was a good read, maybe I could collect parts over time, I still need to 4x4 swap first. That is going to take some time on it's own. I never knew what a SAS was until earlier today. I've seen people talk about it before but never really looked into it. Installing my lift kit alone made me want to do more hardcore mods to the rig :D

Im guilty of it too, but if you have a question just ask the google search bar in the TW search, youll find most everything you need...do this at your own risk though

Guess it would depend on where you feel it the most. Steering wheel or back end. Feeling it when on the gas would make me think it’s in the driveline. I’d get underneath and start checking u-joints, mounts, wheel bearing. If all those are good. Take another road test to try and narrow it down further.

If you just learned what it was you're pretty far off of the functionality of it.

Break your shit a few times. Then, if you want to break it more with more expensive parts to replace, you should think about a sas.

No extra cost for the resi's! And the LED's are not bad at all because of the dimmer switch.
