Yes sir check this out. I do however believe the TSB is for the tailgate bending under weight. However check it out. TSB stands for Technical Service Bulletin.

if your tailgate isn't bent, don't bother trying to get them to replace it. You know what you need to do before you go in there.

Just called the dealership. Found out the warrenty is 3/36K I'm at 2 years and 35.204. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME... I just saved close to $1,200.

This happened last year and actually I took it into them to get it fixed and the guy told me that they would replace it for IIRC $1,200. I was like forget that I'm getting a net. But this is AWESOME set up an appointment tommorrow.

Even if you had been over, some dealerships will do the work as long as it is documented that this problem occured while it was under warranty. This has happened a few times with the rear spring TSB.

BTW, have you gotten your rear springs and shocks replaced?

yes! You want the rear suspension TSB. You'll get stiffer springs and the TRD shocks all around.

The rear spring TSB will save you 1300 bucks. Or add that value to your truck. I love it.

I wouldn't. I'd only go in and ask for what you actually want/need. For instance, you might not be getting any wind noise, so I wouldn't ask for new weatherstripping.

Pardon me cause I'm truck retarded...I'm one of those point A-B people living in suberbia.....

Basically I obvioulsy want the Tail gate fixed.

I want ask them about the rear suspension TSB

    and the squeaky pedal problem.

I'm printing up the TSB's and going in with them. Is that pretty much the best way to do it?

The TSB's won't be done by just any shop I had to go to 3 different ones before I found someone to do it. Yes they are supposed to but you would have to take them to court, because in some ways they have the right o refuse. It is just easier to check a few different shops. I would call ahead, make sure you have your Vin number ready that way they can check to see if your vehicle is within specs of the TSB, you will also have to have the TSB in hand to help them find what you need.

one of the links I sent posted had people post where they had the suspension TSB done. Try to find one near you and get it done there. They're supposed to do the alignment, but they may not. You need to insist on getting the alignment report from them.

If it is just those three issues, then go ahead and bring them in.
