    unless it was rotten it would never get thrown out in my house...usually brisket goes quick, even before it even comes close to going bad. We do end up tossing some stuff, but normally with meats we try to eat all of it even if Im the one eating it for 3 or 4 days;)

    Well it was a few days later than expected and about 1/4 yard short but well catch that on the next pour (way down the road)

    Thanks. I only drive surface streets to work, so i didn't get over 30 mph but there seemed to be something "off" with the engine power. I'm a 2012 so I have a weird feeling that the infamous secondary air injection valve issue is finally rearing its ugly head. Guess I'll pull the codes tonight...... Kinda funny that I got the "TSB" note for the free dealer replacement of this issue a few backs back :cookiemonster:

    Our go to greek place recently changed owners and the authentic greek folks sold all their recipes with the business so far so good. I couldnt tell the difference in quality with the owner change. Which is good!
