    Oh. For what it's worth, I think the A750E is the transmission model for 2wd Tacomas and A750F for 4wd.

    This is a true statement. A750(electronic) or A750(four wheel drive)

    This is a route you can go and multiple folks offer this, but it is not something I suggest doing.

    You can get.your own pulley custom supergroup coated, the drawback being however that there have been multiple documented reviews that stated the belts got chewed up in very short order and ours already don't last that long as it is so something like this would further compromise their integrity.

    So, do you think I could add the RatioTek one to what I have now? And have the best of both worlds? Or would I be better off to take the valve body out of the old transmission that I burnt up and do just the RatioTek? I might see if I can get ahold of anyone at RatioTek and see what they say. And how do I upload a video to show you all a pull in my truck to show you AFR's. Do I have to upload to youtube or does TW allow video's in the media gallery. I made a pull last night. I love the new gears, but all I can think about now is how much power I am loosing.

    Just spoke with Steve from RatioTek and said he has no idea if the two kits will work together or not. He suggested I get a new valvebody and put the RatioTek kit in it and swap them out and see which one works better. He said that he is not going to spend any time looking into it because he is done with the A750 trans and moved on to developing new kits. He doesn't make enough money per kit to research something as odd as my question. And I can totally understand that. So I am going to try talking to a local trans shop that I bought my TransGo kit from and found out from Steve also carries the RatioTek kit and see what they say. Also going to see if I can find the instructions for both kits and see if they overlap in any areas. I have a feeling I just need the extra springs from the RatioTek kit to increase the pressures and the other stuff overlaps.

    link to Ratiotek install guide. IIRC the TransGo kit had one part that was different that the Ratiotek. You can use either one in that particular location but not both.
    EDIT: I seem to remember that its not recommended to do both but one or the other. Read that on one of the transmission threads here.

    It appears as if you have done some research into this also? I have read your thread a few times over, but wasn't sure if you did both kits or just had info on both. Have you played with both? Which do you prefer for longevity. Steve said to just run what I have since I have the 4.88's, but try his also. It was hard to get a read on him. It seemed like he was interested, but wasn't. Almost like he was afraid of giving a wrong answer and then having me come back on him.

    Have not personally tried both kits. The Ratiotek kit has some members on here that haven't had issues yet and are at about 50k. I myself have about 10k on it without issues.
    Steve gave me the same impression. He acts like hes afraid to give advice in case it were to backfire.
    My trans temps under normal driving now sit around 139-155F but will climb to 200F+ under aggressive driving. (4.56 gears, 35's, full armor)

    Are you running a extra or new trans cooler? Before the 4.88's I was in the 150-170 range for normal driving and got to the 240's towing. Now I am in the 110-120 for normal driving and when I was breaking the gears in on the tow portion it got it to 147 towing about 2000lbs. And really either kit or no kit should be fine as long as you watch the temps correct? As long as it isn't slipping and the temps aren't getting over 240 we should all be good. Correct?
