It was time for an oil change today and a little engine cleaning....and beer.20180505_123826.jpg
Here is the engine before....20180505_123559.jpg and here is after.....20180505_145443.jpg Not quite @ChadsPride level of cleanliness but maybe another round of cleaner and then I will use the engine shine. Gotta start somewhere.:cheers:

And no, 2013s didn’t come with shark fin. Or at least the non-jbl ones didn’t.

Took it to the dealership to find out what the metal clank noise was when turning. The tech couldn’t reproduce the sound, and i took him for a 20 min drive but was also unsuccessful. It hasn’t made the noise since I left! SMH. On a positive note: If you experience a loud noise while driving in a cross wind. Toyota will replace the molding around your doors for free.

Smoked a 4 lb venison roast shreaded it no making chili for my neighbors. Proving them wrong. They think the only way to eat venison is sausage sticks mixed with pork. But I love my venison steaks n back straps or neck straps.

Hey it could be worse. But I am forever going to see it when I'm on that side of the truck...

Of course, just finished washing it and got a fire call to the trash dump.

Hauled 2 loads of yard waste to the city compost site, and one load of mulch back. Spread said mulch in all the flower beds. Hauled 900lbs of chipped marble and spread that under the porches and around the ac units. Then gathered my shopsmith and all those bits to take to the storage unit, and swapped that for my bikes. Got new 20 inch wheels for my bmx at a yard sale (not planned but much needed). Then took an additional load of mulch to the wife’s parents because someone’s new f150 can’t get dirty or haul mulch and rock with its v8. All this with the needle on E. Got to love the 2.7

Also.... screw all this tree sperm. I could do without the green cabin filter.

Went and got a load of firewood. Then almost had a head-on with a kid in a new white Ram when he decided to turn right directly into the oncoming left turn lane which I was in when I was taking the emptied trailer back to storage. ABS on the truck works fine, trailer locked up though.
