You dont need to lower it that far lol. Nice 3/4 drop with some good rims. Maybe do the qa1 coil over conversion. Only problem with a 4” drop in the rear is you have about 2” of travel so you would need to c notch it

I've seen people put it on Datsun 620 mini trucks, Chevy luvs, just have to make your own upper coil buckets off the frame. You can make your own mounts for the subframe or make anew diff mount I guess too.

The cost of the Vermont registration is 6% of the Low NADA value of the truck, which is $5,025 (why the hell are these trucks so valuable?) plus a registration fee of $76. 6% of $5,025 is $301.50. The truck, according to the State of California DMV, owes $538.00 in backfees. Add the Vermont registration fee, the California backfees, and we arrive at a total of $915.50. Take that value and add the purchase price of the truck ($600) and we arrive at a grand total of $1,515.50 for a legal, registered, and titled 1998 Toyota Tacoma. I put $500 worth of parts into it, and plan to sell it at a reasonable $3,500. I make a good $1,500 profit: everyone is happy.

    Is it worth it?

I say yes. Because I'm a stubborn fuck.

I have three god damn cars, what am I going to do with them all?

At my age, paying insurance on ONE car is expensive enough.

it really is.. i prefer the second gens setup with the ball joint kind of trapped, and two massive bolts holding the spindles on

but if i remember right someone with a 4runner was working on uniball lowers that bolt in.

You would need to get a wide ass sterring rack so you can achieve crazy angles of steering like drift cars, look at those angles
