I think you are correct on the overall dimension. But from looking at pictures it looks like the mounting locations have changed (8100 has 2 ears on the sides) where as the 9100 has 4 bolt holes on the back.

There were two versions that were available with the 8100. I have the one with the four bolts on the back. It doesnt have the wings. That version should be the sameand should fit fine.

As long as you don’t have the tabs on the side and 4 studs in the back you’ll be cool

@mesojdm will you produce a switch panel to the left of the steering wheel like the switch pro flush mount (3rd gen taco) except for the UltraGauge monitor?

    Thanks for the info.

Thinking though that I want to add another tall narrow button though for a front camera next to the rear camera button I already have though rather than using a space in the switch pro. @mesojdm any chance that another tall narrow slot can be added to the lower part of the panel in addition to the factory button configuration?

Exactly that's the best part!! Oh and if anyone is interested I removed the stock cigarette lighter and replaced it with the Blue Sea Systems Fast Charge 4.8A Dual USB Charger Socket Mount . It's daisy chained to another USB setup that I have inside the glove box. That all runs back to the blue sea fuse block and secondary battery for always on functionality. Thanks again

I was actually going to ask you about that! The only ones I had seen were the Toyota OEM ones.

Is it basically plug and play?

This one is not plug and play. It has positive and negative terminals on the back so you can wire it however you'd like. You could tap into the cig ligter but it would only work when the truck is on. I ran mine to my secondary battery so it is always hot.

Has anyone found a Toyota small-form factor switch for winch in/out?

I want to put my winch controls on my dash, and the ones on CH4x4 are only toggle only. I need a momentary SPDT on-off-on.

I believe it was posted in this thread somewhere that the switches are easily modded to be momentary? Search back probably five pages or so?

He would need a dual pole switch, almost like a rocker..not just a momentary. I haven't seen any of those in this smaller switch size.

Might have been me. I think I mentioned the possibility in another thread but it would take a collaborative effort. First we'd need a new pcb(printed circuit board) to put into the stock switch chassis(doable with eagle cad software and oshpark fab) but also needed is a mod to the actuator button itself to make it a rocker(3D printing). Since the actual switches are very small, rocker motion is minimal and could be accomplished via flex instead of a mechanical hinge. These tiny switches can only pass enough current to activate an fet(not enough for a relay) so the FET would also need to be on the pcb. In any case, the current is limited by the connector pins so any high current device would need a relay or solenoid switch.
