Looking for a solid recommendation on an relay / fuse panel for all the accessories I have been adding to my truck. the wiring is getting a little messy so I figured it is a good time to install something to make the wiring nice a neat.

Hey man. I use the Switch Pros panel. It's a little expensive ($550) but it helps keep things super clean in the truck. You actually don't need any fuses or relays. It's plug and play for almost all of your accessories.

I lot of people are running Blue Sea Fuse Panels with either that same company for a Relay, personally I went with a Blue Sea Fuse Box and a Bussman Relay for my under the hood accessory power goodies.

Here is what I used and mounted the switch pad in the overhead sunglasses holder.

This is definitely what I was thinking of, who made the bracket? and how easy / hard was it to wire?

I like this too, and how clean it looks, but would there be a way to get all the under the hood parts without the switch panel?

I made the bracket out of Lexan, it's a really hard plastic that is moldable at certain temperatures (with the aid of a heat gun)
Basically make cardboard mock ups until you're satisfied, cut out the Lexan and then shape it to your liking with where you want to bolt it up.
It wasn't hard, just time consuming, but that's the fun of it!

I somewhat followed this link below for the idea and how to go about doing that mod

Can someone please tell me what size bolts (in red circled area) are used for this mount? I heard M8x1.25 but those do not fit in my 2010. Thank you!

Mine is indeed M8x1.25. (12mm wrench to remove them.)

My fuse panel installs above the screw holes, blocking access to them. So I actually replaced the screws with studs, red-loctited in place. That way I can slide the fuse panel into place over the studs, and attach it with nuts while contorting my hand beneath the panel. Way easier than trying to blindly line up a screw. However, the stainless flange nuts I bought are actually 13 mm, whereas JIS calls for 12mm.

Here's a photo of my fuse panel setup. It's based on an aluminum sheet originally made by an infamous company here on TW... but I bought it from BAMF (somehow they wound up with the leftover inventory from the failed company.)

    20221201_191404_resized.jpg

I'll note I had to install a rod from the far end of the panel down to the wheel well, to keep it from vibrating like crazy with all the mass I have mounted there. You can barely see it in the photo, beneath the left edge of the panel.
