Hit 205 on squats and deadlifts before heading up for a hike. I think I'm gonna sleep well tonight.

Pretty decent day considering how much I drank. Clear alcohol is a miracle lol

I think 30 or so. It was towing better when i picked it up so I'm thinking it was wind related, and the rtt must've been doing an anti aerodynamic thing.

Thanks, baby steps but slowly making progress!

And not like it would be a surprise, I already have a short list of mods I'll be doing to it. Some switches or disconnect a few dumb lights (touch on cup holder lights). Kill power to the radio until i actually want it on.

Then there's the extra skylight/vent(s) that I'm thinking would be beneficial. Some extra shelves in the cabinets, more counter space and maybe a pan holder. Just when i think I'm getting ahead.. I'm just making more work.

Gave Sydney a test run in Moab. She absolutely loved it. Didn't take my truck out much since all my buddies are on 40s haha. It's a mad house this weekend, I left today but was there since Monday

Now I've got some goals. Damn it.

Not quite as magnificent... Since my OME kit is ordered, I'm gonna need an impact wrench. Picked up the Kobalt cordless one from Lowe's.

    Oh yeah! Let's do this!

Has anyone ever accidentally snapped off their f***ing antenna? I have no idea how to fix it

Either needs a new antenna base, a drilled out antenna base, or.... an entirely new fender??

    Plethora of "useless" shit
Never had to fix or replace but I have seen threads about replacement. I assume the threads are broken off in the base? If you can't drill it and use an easy out then here's replacement instructions: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-replace-oem-antenna-in-fender.261341/

Mine is currently fubar. It broke off and I drilled out the stud but mangled the threads. I'm going to replace the whole unit I suppose

I did this when I did my snorkel install.....

I drilled it out, due to the fact the four prong nut on the top stripped and replaced with a new base. The electrical connector is a lot easier to hook up compared to the 1st gen trucks.

I have an ephedra plant that I’m gonna remove if anyone wants it. You can make cold medicine out of it. Probably something stronger if you had enough of them.

    What hasn't been modified?
There is a thread somewhere that you can replace it with a cb antenna and there is a adapter/cable that lets you use it for cb as well as for the radio still

Have about $2-3k in savings for when the injectors and pumps go out. I think that is past the perpetual overheating while towing model. Not sure though.
