That’s something I want to double check. I know you don’t have to pull them all the way, but you also don’t want them resting on the axle seals. Lord knows I have a hard time with leaky seals.

I've gotta do this same thing on my deck.....wet & rainy here....was trying to get the dogs to go outside this morning in the rain....tried walking with the to the deck's steps and coax 'em out into the yard.

The deck boards were slicker'n shit. I slid about 3 ft and just about busted my arse.

Gonna pressure wash this deck ASAP.

    LMAO.

It'll be ok for a short time IIRC the bearing axle seal and all are put on the axle and only some silicone or a paper gasket is used to seal the flange. Been a while since I have replaced any toyota gears. That being said I never pulled the axles out all the way unless there was some really bad failure of the bearings or ring gear where I wanted to clean the tube out of a shit ton of metal shavings.

Was looking through old photos and came across these two of my dads old boats. Pretty bad ass.

If Randy won't do it you make a Lair Insta and force him to get on board. Then we'll need a youtube as well!

Any of you guys with kids and take them wheeling have you ever had your kiddo fall asleep on the trail? My 5yr old conked out yesterday for a little over an hr. riding one of the trails and it wasn't the smoothest one either.
