Let's See Your Dogs!!

Love them! Had one as a puppy. Had all the characteristics of a Malinois but also had an "Off" switch so was easier to have inside. Had to give back to breeder after I hurt my back and needed surgery. Didn't want her to waste her potential. The breeder ended up keeping her and trialing her.
10/10 would have another if the opportunity presented itself.

First pup off Craigslist the lady's dogs accidentally tied before she could spay her female, the new puppy the guy was a small time breeder off Craigslist as well. Thank you! I'm interested to see how the baby's coat changes.

Dude she's already a little shit. She bosses around our 9 month old which has a very alpha attitude. So we'll have two alpha females, great haha

 

This dog had a rough weekend. My brother and I went campin up in Pingree Park in CO, and the dog got attacked by a pit bull. Nothing worst than terrible dog owners who turn their dogs into that. My sister has two rescue pit bulls and they're wonderful dogs. But this one tore up that boxer pretty badly.

 

Sorry to hear. Poor fellow. Some people just aren't responsible enough to be parents, pet parents, or... (List not meant to be exhastive)

 

I hope Roscoe recovers quickly. I hate that that happened to him.

I don't care how big or small anyone's dog is, it's courteous to always have a handle of them when there are unfamiliar people or animals around.

 

Arrived home yesterday to this big ass 5 month old puppy running around my yard. My wife apparently decided we're going to foster this dog for a few days until he makes his appearance at the CMA Music Festival next week as a Miranda Lambert dog up for adoption. Hopefully he'll find a good home.

I don't think we'll get to meet her, but who knows. We're just watching the dog for a bit, not attending the festival.

It's like having a kid, you have to keep them up during the day so they will sleep at night.

 

It hard to be mad at that cuteness. Makes me want another pup even though mines just only at a year and a handful. I'll get another but I want to wait another year or so.

My pup gives the same look and pose's from his crate whether he gets in on his own or I ask him to.

Yeah we're trying Doesn't help my 9 month old pup is lazy and will happily sleep all day haha today's my first day of work since we got her. I doubt she'll sleep while we're gone so hopefully that helps.

Ugh don't do it they're so much work nah it's awesome having a puppy around and another dog for my 9 month old to play with. But she was so much easier than this puppy. My older girl slept through the night on our bed without a single fuss.

With my camping crew, that would have signaled the end for that pitty.

 

I know the work they involve. I got my current pup, Teq, around 8wks old last july from a rescue that pulled his litter of 8 out of a kill shelter. He should be right around 1yr now. I hit my mom up and asked if she would help me watch him until he got a little older since I'm gone for 13hrs on work days. I couldnt get a puppy that young and leave him in a crate for the entire time, didnt feel it was fair to the pup.
Heres the day I brought him home at ~8wks and 8-9lbs.
