Last time I cleaned mine (Did not remove the TB). I took it for a test drive & could tell a huge difference. On take off I was spinning the wheels. I'm planning on cleaning it in the am, when i get off work.

How much would a Throttle body spacer help. Any gains?

What about your air filter? Did it need cleaning or replacing? I cleaned my K&N with the TB cleaning & can tell a huge difference on power. Before my truck was a little sluggish.

I cleaned mine yesterday and it does seem to run a lot smoother and more power. And the spark plugs do help to plug up the small lines. here is a pix guys. fyi - If you depressurize the coolant you won't get that much out of those two lines , just a few drops. lines.jpg

Be careful when taking the plastic case out of the manifold as it has a little rubber hose in the back side which can easy brake the fitting if push out wrongly. Also is a bad idea to clean throttle without taking it out of intake manifold since all that cleaner will go into oil throw cilinders. Here is mine after I cleaned it
