It’s my understanding that CBI includes those for 4 mounting feet... If you wanted more than 4, you have to buy additional mounting feet (and I assume they come with the track anchor plates)

This thread has some info on wind noise.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wind-noise-and-drag.478935/

I installed mine on the 2 bottom holes, the wind fairing is about 3/16 from the roof, no noise.

Can’t really see the seam, silicone anyway. Been without them for 3 years and no problems.

Can’t tell they’re not there, unless you’re really looking for it. Plus if you ever want to sell the rack, you’ll have fresh weather strips to put back in! And silicone is your friend.

Here’s a couple misc pics to show you what it looks like without the stripping

I completely removed my roof moldings. No issues at all and cant tell it looks different. Way easier than drilling them.

I emailed CBI and they confirmed that the anchor plates for the Yakima tracks comes with the mounting feet.

    Thanks.

Hey LamzTaco, I dig your setup! What bed rack are you using? Does it work with a tonneau cover?

If you can wait a month til I move into my new place, I could pull a middleman for you. I have no idea what shipping to Guam is though. The box these come in is big and heavy.

I'll see if one of my USAF C-17 friends has any sorties to Andersen AFB planned too.

EDIT: UPS freight says ~$400 to ship from SLC to Guam. and $55 from CBI to SLC.

So basically ~1150-1200 delivered if I navigated the freight site correctly.

That would be awesome! If I could get shipping in the 2 digit zone. Thank you very much!!!

Is it possible to install the cabrac by yourself? I live alone in the mountains so im curious. Can the side rails be mounted and then the cross bars without messing up the silicone? Thanks

I installed by myself. I would build it on the ground loosely then heave it up and mount. Tighten once it's on the truck to make sure it's square. This is what I did and I'm scrawny.

How did you keep the risers from moving and scratching up the truck?
