The only departments that will probably pull you over for window tint is DPS &/or the suburbs. Or after they have you pulled over for a different violation they will "fish" to see if they can get you for anything else and that's usually tint.

Or just roll your front winders down if you’re getting pulled over.

Do only hoodlums outside the burbs have window tint?

No, I'm saying that interactions with law enforcement officers vary greater based on race and location.

Damn, that looks like a great little kit right there! I have pretty much all of that, but in different little setups.

Eh, I just have the fumoto valve, I just put my used oil container right under the drain crawl under the truck and reach under and flip the switch and let it start draining right into the container. No need for ramps or anything. By the time I have the oil filter replaced and everything cleaned up from that, the oil is drained and ready to put oil back in. Can get the oil changed in the truck in about 15-20 minutes.

I ended up giving my race ramps to my grandfather as he does his own oil changes and they were just taking up space at the house.

    DIBS!

    Lol, but seriously... wtf.

This made me remember I still don't have a front plate on the truck...

But yea... I am running the darkest possible on the rear windows, and legal on the front doors, and a front brow... I should have put darker on the fronts, but whatever. My tint guy will do whatever you want as long as you pay cash for it.

But the dark tint on the rear, a set of front shades, and the AVS window vents... still is not going to do shit for Texas heat and making your truck an oven... pretty sure you can park in the shade and your truck is still going to get hot.

I really need to plan out the front end upgrade and figure out what I want to do on that since the rear is pretty much finished except for like one or two minor things. I want to go ahead and do everything all at once honestly as well as replacing the front shocks... so new LCAs, Tie Rods, gusset spindles, TC alignment tabs, etc etc. I just know I don't have the money for that right now..

Step 1: Don't break the law if you are already breaking the law...

Well, I found this over the weekend with one of my rock lights. I knew that they had already had issues with the lens bubbling up from being left on too long by the previous owner of the kit... so I tried to not leave them on except when actually wheeling or around camp unloading, but I guess this one finally broke somehow so it is letting water into the light.

Sent an email to Rigid Warranty Support on Sunday and got a reply this morning stating that they will replace them, I just have to send them pictures of the front and back of any lights that are having this issue with the lens bubbling and cracking and then single picture of the lights destroyed somehow... so like cut in half, drilled through, on fire, grinder, etc, etc, and they will start the order to have them replaced. I know the front two lights were having this issue and pretty sure the rear lights were also having this issue, so guess I will see what I can do.

Well, guess I need to start penny pinching/selling crap I don't need and really start paying shit off so I can pre-order a Pelfreybilt 2nd Gen Hi-Clearance Dual Swingout bumper when it becomes officials.

I don't, I think that with a full sized spare, extra gas or water and so forth, that it just puts way to much stress and weight on the one swing out and that side of the bumper when it is open. That and I have wanted a dual swing out for a while to be honest. To essentially have a nice work area both left, front, and right for cooking or so forth is also what I want. I can put propane and water on the driver side swing out and have stove on the tail gate and prep on the tail gate/fold down table.

I have had a plan in my head for a while and this pretty much makes that plan come to a reality.

But yes, there as well, but that is 3rd gen and a 2nd gen in the works but no official announcement yet and still in very very early stages.
