The mount in the middle of the bed

What's that set of screw holes for in the front/center of the bed? Not the place where you can install a bed rail, but the two screw holes above it? (below the rear glass)

It's a mount point for the factory tonneau cover.

Seems like a perfect place to screw in a dog leash hook. Anyone know what size bolts go in there?

Used them for a fishing rod holder. Got idea from another thread on here. Bolt size are in pic.

 

btw, does anyone know the part number for the truck bed molding center panel? can't seem to find it and need to replace mine.
