Because jumping curbs is for long travel and he's mt

 

so he's just doing it wrong by smashing into the front of the curb vs jumping off of it ?

 

does anyone know the torque spec on a 2018 tacoma for the u bolts ?

 

With the 2nd gen 2wd you get kinda screwed because no one makes a full floater that can still run the speed sensors to control the trans. So you're kinda stuck with the semi floater.

 

i get a alignment after every dezz trip

 

Well convert to 4wd....duhhhh lol I wonder if you could adapt the gear driven sensor to a 2wd trans...or so microswitches in a gate shifter and make it shift like a manual valve body

All of the suspension specs should be the same as 2nd gens. There's a big debate over the u-bolt torque spec, but no one has posted about losing an axle on here from following these specs.

 

Spec should be 73ft lbs. the factory manual these come from typo'd it to being 37. I usually just go to 80 and call it good.

 

Oh if “ biffing curbs “ means urban whoop shock tuning ( IE: speed bump and speed hump thrashing at 50 mph) ...call me the biffmeister

It's apparently not that hard to cinvconthr auto to a manual shifter, but it throws a bunch of warning lights.

 

If your serious about putting a 5k$ axle into your truck and using it for its purpose....who cars about some warning lights?
