I don't think it's related to the roads I'm driving because it seems to happen all the time. It's usually when accelerating from around 25-50 mph and sometimes at a constant speed of 55-65 mph.

What lift did you install, did you get new tires, and what were your alignment numbers after the lift?

You might find that’s two different issues. 60 to 70 mph steering wheel vibration is almost always tire balance assuming your wheel is round. Get that checked first, before anything else. Tires not being round would be next, but that’s a lot harder to check than you might imagine. Did you change tires when you got lift?
Acceleration at 20 to 50 can be a lot of things (since you just lifted), once you’ve done the tires if it’s still there, I’d personally check caster next, make sure it’s identical on both sides.

2nd gen pro suspension with rear add a leafs.
Had the tires on before lifting and (I think) this was only noticeable after lifting. And here’s the alignment numbers.

So it looks like my after numbers for caster were 1.6 left and 2.1 right. Is that cause for concern? I’m completely obliviously to alignment numbers. I just know it’s green.

I wouldn’t live with that much difference, and yes that much could cause your acceleration problem, but I doubt it’s your crusing 65 problem. Also they seem exceptionally low for a lifted truck (usually bigger tires), I’m sure they are within spec for “normal”, but 3+ would be starting point for me considering lift etc.

Sooooo you’re saying what I need to do is go back to the shop and say “Hey, @mutely told me that you guys don’t know what the hell youre doing and this is what I’m expecting number wise...” No I’m just kidding. But for real, though. What’s the best course of action? Is this vibration causing any harm to any of my components?
Keep in mind, I have one shop in my town that can do alignments. Otherwise, it’s a 30 min to hour drive to a reputable shop. And who’s to say they can get it done right and make the drive worth it?

Tell them they need their eyes checked, their mechanics need to take pride in their work, and mutely on the internet called them morons....:)

Seriously, Pull the alignment specs for your Tacoma, tell them you have a problem, explain the problem and ask them to change the alignment to X. I’d go way up to the upper end of the caster factory specs to start with.

    Edit
Just looked up the spec, 1.3 to 2.8. I’d want to be right at the upper end of that spec if 33” tires and lift, and if running 35” tires way over it, more like 5.

Higher caster will increase stability at the cost of heavier steering, lower the opposite, lighter steering but more unstable at speed.

Not yet. I haven't been driving the Tacoma much since I have a car for work. I plan on trying to get the alignment numbers tweaked to see if that is the problem.
