Does anyone know if any bed racks will for UNDER a shell?

In my mind I've envisioned a rack I can fit under the shell that will fit close to the shell to maintain interior space. I'd love to be able to store 10 gallons or so of water and fuel in a Rotopax -
    6CA5E27C-2463-470D-A4EF-958AF3817821.jpg

...inside the shell and a few tools like a shovel, axe, as well as the hi-lift accessories.

    Anyone seen anything like that?

Ive seen a guy on here that built an inner skeleton out of square tubing to use as reinforcement for a rtt. Of course you could build something similar, but use it for mounting purposes. Ill see if i can find the thread

I've seen mounts made to fit across feet of front seat. Easy access and out of way.

Okay, had to dig wayyy back, but heres a little info on it with pics:

And the thread i found it in here

Looks like a damn good way to mount more stuff inside your shell and keep it all locked up. I dig the molle panel style storage that is on the sides

Yes! That looks like it would be a great solution and I don't think the amp under that seat would cause any issues.

Exactly what I was thinking of! Although I hadn't even thought about adding MOLLE panels. That's a great idea! Thank you, sir!

Like the pop open side windows that give access to the interior of the shell?

3x3x1/4" aluminum, definitely beef. I want get a huge RTT and don't want any trouble with the topper.

How did you attach yours to your shell?

There is ZERO tolerance between it and the shell. It's literally forced into the corners, but it is held to the shell with the brackets that hold the shell onto the truck. If you look closely in the pictures you can see how I used the shell brackets to also hold the interior cage/rack. I have had no issues with movement or shifting. It's been great

Also, it's has sinced been coated in POR15, since I used steel tubing instead of aluminum

I like the windoors but my dog likes the sliding windows with screens.

Exactly what I plan to do now that I've got some inspiration! I'll be stalking your builds for the next few weeks :D
