From what I am gathering the current switched wiring only takes a slight modification to mate to an aftermarket usb/voltmeter. Thanks for the input!

Removed the Rokblokz mud flaps from my rig. They're a great product and a great idea, but they just don't work for me (Too much rubbing).

They will be for sale soon.

So I had extra sunshade from an old project, made a template out of cardboard you only need 1 side because the other side is just a flip, cut the sunshade with the cardboard, spray glue on the fabric and sunshade, put in low on the fabric fold over cut and then sew. I put the hem on the side facing out so I didn't have to see it along with the Velcro I sewed on too

Its actually pretyy incredible how much cooler it is with them, making some more for my rear Windows now too maybe in my front if I have enough fabric

I am running the 15k oil and extended performance oil filter. I've been running it in all of our vehicles since Mobile one first introduced it. My wifes old traverse used to burn it after 10k miles, but I haven't noticed that issue on her suburban. I am only about 5k miles in and I've checked it a lot, seems to be performing well in the Taco. I've only owned the Taco 6 months and 10k miles. Hopefully Mobile One never lets me down.

Monday morning, several minutes after I finally crawled into bed following the third night of my night shift, the doorbell rang. Since my wife was still home I didn’t bother to get up, I probably would not have gotten up even if she had already left for work. I could just barely hear what sounded like voices but I didn’t pay any attention to them. A minute or two later my wife came to the bedroom and said PVPD was at the door and there had been a wreck. Before she could say anything else my first thought was that one of the boys had been involved but she continued to talk and I realize she said MY truck had been involved in the wreck. Still not processing the information correctly I asked what she had said. She said a woman had hit my truck, she had pulled into our driveway to turn around and either hit the gas instead of the brake or had THOUGHT it was in reverse but wasn’t.

The patrolman had been down the street talking to the woman about her dog that had gotten out and had been reported to the police due to the dog either charging at a man walking pass the house or in some way showing aggression. While they were talking the dog was up the street in front of my house so she jumped in her Infinity SUV and drove up to get the dog. I seem to understand she had the dog in the SUV when she turned into my driveway. The patrolman was still down the street talking to the man that reported the dog when they heard the crash and knew what had just happened. The damage to my truck doesn’t appear to be very bad, my wife said the Infinity looked worse. I had thought I would just forget about the damage since it isn’t really noticeable other than the white paint from the SUV. But I’ve only had the truck for 2 ½ months and then I looked at the parts cost to replace the damaged pieces, $664.60 plus tax, paint and labor. I guess I’ll be seeing about getting some estimates. I got the chance to look at the damage in the daylight Tuesday morning and found more damage than I saw as I was leaving for work Monday evening. I took the truck in Tuesday for an estimate and currently have a best guess of $1500 to $2000. They will have a better idea after they start removing parts. If the hood is tweaked then the current guess goes $2500. I'm waiting to hear back from her insurance adjuster so I can figure out where I go from here.

I wasn't parked near the street so she had to come a ways to hit the Taco. The most obvious damage is the license plate, it wasn't bent when I parked the truck.

Oh yeah. That bumper is totaled. You should definitely put that $665 towards a nice plate bumper ;)
