So... besides the following... am I missing anything?

    New Lower Control Arms (OEM)
New Inner and Outer Tie Rods (OEM)
New Steering Rack Bushings (Energy Suspension)
New LCA Bushings for the new LCA? (Energy Suspension)
    TC Gusseted Spindles from GlorifiedWelder
    Weld on LCA Cam Tabs
New Front Bump Stops from Wheelers
New wheel hubs? Yes or no?

Will also be looking at replacing the front coils as well during all this and swapping out my OME to something else. Currently looking at Kings, but open to suggestions.

Anything that I am missing here to essentially do a 100k front end maintenance on the truck?

If you are taking the spindles off replace the dust seal.

I just finished doing this and i am vibration free all the way up to 75-80 and I balanced the tires and aligned it thinking it would fix it, but I still have it. I just had brand new u joints put in and drive shaft balanced, so I don’t know what it could be. Maybe rotors?

Shit, I don't know on that one. How bad of a vibration do you get?

    Hubs, yes.
And replace the seal as mentioned above. Much easier than trying to reuse.

Do hubs/bearings at the same time just cause doing them alone 10k later would suck.

LCAs you should be able to get away with just new bushings and LBJs, you likely haven't damaged the arms themselves unless you've been doing some crazy shit.

It feels like driving over the bumps on the side of the road but like a softer version of that. I feel it through the steering wheel.

Best place to get hubs and and idea on the part number for the seal?

I did not think you could replace just the LBJs on the LCAs and you just replace the entire LCAs? The arms themselves are still good, it is just the LBJs need to get replaced so thought I may as well do everything else.

EDIT: Google helped... I even found a thread you commented on... that looks like a pain in the ass though... mhmmmmm

Mhmmmm are you sure it is not a balance issue on the tires at all?

I just did my hubs/bearings/spindles. I may be able to answer questions, but I don’t recommend my seller.

I've had 50/50 luck on replacing LBJs. One time they came right out with a dewalt impact and the other time we couldn't get them out (with the same dewalt impact) to save our lives, so it just depends on if the LBJs wanna cooperate or not.

Ah... well guess I need to figure out where to get some new wheel bearings then lol.

Yea, some people have success then some people have hell getting them out and back in.
