    M6 allen cap 60mm, two nuts, washer, 3 lock washers (to get the offset I wanted 2 north of the locking nuts to push the ball out a little). Took me all of a half hour of my lunch in the fastenal parking lot. I hat to trade out the 50mm I bought. LOL
