Put vinyl on the tailgate

 

The pinch weld is on the body directly above the outer tip of the body mount. You need to peel back the inner fender to access it. It runs vertical and looks to me like it would cut a tire if given the opportunity. I made four cuts which made it easy to fold over. I then sealed it up with construction adhesive and paint to prevent rust.

Didn't realize there was a low-cost, low effort option out there.

 

Put on Matte Bronze 16x8 SCS Ray10s with Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws (265/75/16) On stock TRD Off Road suspension.

 

Looks great! Exact setup I'll be going with, but with gunmetal Ray10's...

 

The front grill looks really good! I'm looking to do the same with my taco. Question for you. Do you have to scuff the chrome trim around the grill for the Raptor spray to stick, or can you just spray it on the way it is.

 

Are those bolt on? How much did they cost? I actually live close by their shop and have been looking at sliders. Thanks.

They are weld on, they start at around 600 dependent on options, but I believe they do free install if you’re local

 

Do you have a link to the exact kit you used? I'm looking to upgrade my security and probably add remote start without losing the keyless entry
