Turns out the alignment shop they use didn't torque the ball joint bolt correctly. Its been realigned and retorqued. The ride with the new parts is awesome.

Heard back from CBI, we can get a pretty decent discount on the 31m 3rd Gen battery trays, definitely better than Pelfrey. I’m thinking 31m is the way I’d rather go instead of 34. CBI does make a dual setup for the second gens, so if any are interested, people can always be added. For the guys on the original list, which way are you leaning?

Edit: CBI has temporarily taken the availability of the 2nd Gen dual setup off the table for a redesign.

I saw a thread where someone said all of Pelfrey’s products were out of stock, and couldn’t be reached by phone or email.

Nice. Want to be added to the list for a 3rd Gen battery tray?

CBI especially if they’re going to sell them at a better price for us. Not that I’m fond of their products at all or anything...;)

Leaving Friday after work for a 5 day road trip with no destination in mind. Probably mostly headed East-North/East anyone have some suggestions of what to see and where to go?

Search for "High Watermark Trail" and see what you can find. I may be able to check my GPS to see where it starts, but you have a couple of options once you get there. Arkansas is incredibly beautiful. You can spend the entire 5 days there and not see the same thing twice.

Stay on the highways and forest service roads and you'll never need 4wd. You can still get to some really cool campsites and hike to a lot of waterfalls.

Hot Springs is nice, lots of nice things to see around there, the main drag is a great spot to walk around at lunch time and grab a bite to eat and see the sites. I did that on a Sunday before heading back to Tyler from the Razorback Ramble. The Hot Springs Brewery has some really good food as well. You have to park at the parking garage, but it is free to park and easy to get too. The Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center has some pretty awesome stuff in it, and is completely free. I did that while waiting for the brewery to open up for lunch.

Other than that, not much else I can help you with...
