Gave it a well needed wash this afternoon. Tomorrow I’ll install new nerf bars.

Uniball swap... I wanted to switch to delta joints, but I had a couple spare uniballs on hand, heading out for a long day trip tomorrow, and at least one (driver side) had developed some visible lateral play in it. In other words, it needed to get done much sooner than later. These joints were a little over a year old, and had the caps installed initially (which just more so ended up trapping stuff inside).

I'd figure these should get me through to spring, then will probably do the DJ's.

Installed greaseable ujoints in the rear driveshaft in my 2018 TRD Pro, Neapco 2-0052, same as Spicer 5-1350-1x. These are larger than the ones on AT Tacomas with 1.188mm cap diameters. Zerk fittings on the cap ends. Lubed the front driveshaft ujoints. They were completely dry.

Haven't had much time to get a feel for anything yet. I was on daddy duty most of the day so only drove about 8 miles or so. I also need to get it aligned since the lift.

Put a Prinsu rack atop the cab and went with a Voodoo bed rack. Did this early summer then added a RTT.

Volk te37x. No rubbing except for a tiny bit on the front mudflaps at full lock. Will probably remove them
