I haven't given it a full drive down enough to say anything yet, but based on my first 7 mile (give or take) drive of it back home, I would say it compliments my otherwise full poly isolated powertrain nicely now.

Additionally you could use a standard jack and wood block at the corner of the tranny, it may interfere with your workspace though.

Yeah I feel like it would be a tight squeeze I have access to my friends lift so I may as well use that and make it easier :)

Any crazy cutting you had to do to get the TCAI to work? Im keeping mine with the S/C install and I think all that really has to be done is cutting like 1.5" off the tube that connects to the TB to make it all fit. . .??

I cut exactly about that much off of mine to make it work. I used a hacksaw and it worked out beautifully.

Forgive me if you already answered this in your thread:

How did you bypass the SRS to install these seats?

    @12TRDTacoma

Hey hows the AEM 320 treating you? curious how many miles you've put on it, and if you've had any issues? Im probably going to be upgrading mine to this one shortly

I have put some 50 or 60K miles into it. Hard miles obviously because I have been supercharged for just about the entire time I have had it in.

It just works every time I get in and crank the truck, never skips a beat and has been highly reliable up to this point. I am beyond happy with my purchase of it at the time and would buy it again in a heartbeat if I had to.

Right on, just what i wanted to hear! Talked with gadget and he was hesitant to sell me the 320. He mentioned its too much pump for the maggie s/c and said something about it potentially causing trouble with the fuel pressure regulator. I of course still went ahead with the 320 so i can go full retard later on if i so choose:D

Idk why he would be hesitant about it. I mean I could see it being a lot on the fuel system, but the fuel injectors regulate the amount of fuel needed anyways so there goes that theory. I have never had regulator issues, but as with anything results always can and usually do vary.

I got mine because I knew I would want to upgrade my power later on and it would allow for the additional bumps in power I would supply with the new mods.

Yeah he mentioned it would draw a lot more current, and strain things in the fuel system.. hoping the results don't vary too much, really wanting the truck to run smoothly.. Don't know of anyone else s/c'd on here running this one, so that's why I came to pick your brain. Thanks again for the info buddy:fistbump:

You're right huh. I might be the only one running the AEM 320 now that you mention it. Well electrically speaking the amperage draw ramps the more fuel is demanded but at the fuel pressure that OE spec calls for, it is pretty low for the most part.

I wanted it just in case I decided to run E85 some day because it can and will handle it.

I wouldn't say anything has been strained in the fuel system and if anything the fuel system actually liked the pump more from the gate.

    What is your setup again?

Plan is to eventually upgrade the injectors, smaller pulley, and meth injection though

Have the 255 right now, but been having fuel issues. During install, a hole was cut into the fuel bowl instead of just a notch to allow the hose clamp to run through. Truck has been running lean, and since im dropping the tank to replace the bowl, i figured itd be an ideal time to replace the pump to rule it out as part of the problem

There will be fuel loss at the slits or the holes no matter what you do, it is just inevitable, but it is likely that is not the reason for your lean condition.

The possibility exists that the pump itself could be defective, but how lean are we talking here and how often are you seeing lean conditions?

I agree, there's no getting around losing some fuel through this, but my fuel bowl has a 3"x1/4" hole in it, so i'm thinking this could be part of what's causing my truck to hesitate and stutter..

Truck has been leaning out 12:1 in first gear, and then I've seen it as bad as 18:1 while in 3rd gear.. enough for the guardian on my Ucon to kick in..
