    To anyone who really had their heart set on the Pelfrey hybrid bumper I am building a new bumper and mine is for sale at $1100. Im very sorry for those who have lost any money. I can understand that many of you are pissed and want no part of any Pelfrey product but it is a pristine bumper and was only actually on my truck for a little over a month and a half before I decided to go custom. If your interested great just pm me and ill get back to you asap. I wont take your money and run either (to soon?)

    I got bankruptcy papers in todays mail. My last purchase was in October of 2017. All products were delivered in a timely manner. Last credit card transaction was in early October, the day my back bumper shipped.

    Since they never delivered the product you are owed money/refund. Anyone who is owed money becomes a creditor as part of bankruptcy. You need to be listed as a creditor in order to receive any portion of the money raised from liquidation.

    People keep asking why they are listed as creditors. It’s aimple, you are owed money.

    Before the filing, you would have been a customer and the simplest definition of “Creditor” is “a person or business owed money”.

    Also they list anyone who "could be", "might be" or "ever was" a creditor even if they aren't. That way you can't come back later and tell the court that you are still owed because your debt wasn't discharged.

    They supposedly had a bunch of at least mostly complete bumpers at the time of bankruptcy so you should see if you can buy one during the liquidation process. If you find any info on that let us know as I think others were interested in buying the IP/CAD designs.

    A few.
    I received my “Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case” today. I keep going from pissed to excepting, back and forth. :mad::(:confused:

    I know I should forgive and forget, but the wound is still fresh. Ultimately the Pelfrey’s aren’t worth stressing over, or devoting any energy toward.
