I like the headlights.
How's the quality?

 

Did you take the bumper cover off to replace the headlights?

 

Yep, replaces the entire factory piece and provides a stronger smooth surface. Mobtown has an even stronger version that has lateral ribs added.

 

New LCA and swapped in 700 lb coils. Now to get the arb and winch on her, set the height, and alignment!

I took the nose off and painted condenser rail black. Getting ready to paint calipers black. Its Heineken thirty!

It seems to be of high quality. A few weeks ago I pulled my AEM dry-flow filter to clean it. Unfortunately I knocked it and my cordless battery gun off of my workbench. The driver bit punctured the media. So I put my OE filter back in. Today I had the chance to directly compare them. I would rate them comparable. I'll use it with confidence....as I have with Fram products for years

 

I love mine! Not a big fan of the cap. I prefer the plastic style. Also you can still fit the plastic skin over top & still snungs nicley.

 

It's to keep your tailgate from bending in half. Take off your plastic cover & have a look then you'll understand why...

 

New weather techs. Scored them for $15 locally. Updated the Toyota OEM patch Mat in the build thread. Added a pouch to AC door using industrial strength velcro. Well see how it holds up...

 

Cool. What tranny fluid did you use? I used valvoline MaxLife and am really happy with it. Smooth as silk!

I got a piece of 1/4 alum fro the local metal shop scrap for $20.....makes a big difference in the tailgate, and a nice work surface........

 

Other than finding out the previous owner must have rear ended someone and now I have a gap between the grill and bumper the install of the new grill and light bar went well!

 

Next are headlights

 

Installed the 3 degree shim almost no more driveline vibs, will prob drop the drive shaft another 1/2 inch and should be all good.

 

Bought this from another member today. Its pup and bike approved! Going to get a foam sleeping pad/bedding and add some lights. Maybe do some sort of curtains too.

 

got my jbas installed. stoked on them. cant wait to be told i did something wrong and need to pull em off .
