anyone have a good write up for how to install a CB radio? mine also has a small antenna for shortband vhf. anyone know a good way to route a cable up to the roof from inside the cab without just drilling a hole in the roof?

There are two vents in the rear of the cab. Most go that way. Or there is a place in the floor board under the driver a d passenger seats that has a grommet there like the firewall. Most dont go that route due to it being to low for water crossings.

Double cab has these vents you speak of? I can't remember ever seeing them.

Yes, you can see them between the cab and the bed. Pull the rear seats and cubby storage area

Did anyone find out like I did -

Washing truck, hood popped, but not lifted. If you happen to lock, or it may have been an unlock-time out, and you go to pop the hood; BAM alarm going off and fumbling for your fob to shut it up so the neighbors don't think you're that moron who can't not push the red button like a bimbo trying to balance starbucks and a phone and who knows what else. Note - I do enjoy a starbucks now and then...

I have been lurking around for a few weeks.

I have not found anything about power seat conversions.

I have a 2018 Tacoma OR and I am curious if anyone has done this or is it even feasible?

I used Auxbeams for both high and low beam. They work great. I completely replaced the OEM fogs with a Rigid fog light kit.
